Jessica Moomaw

Jessica Moomaw is an experienced tax professional with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Her desire to help others has been a lifelong character trait. Her first career began after completing her Master of Education degree at Texas State University.  She graduated with a desire to help college students realize their career goals and create the path necessary to attain those goals.
After the 2008 Recession, Jessica reevaluated her own goals and returned to school to complete her financial accounting degree. This is where she met her business partner and mentor, Don Miskinis.  Don was Jessica's professor for her upper-level courses, such as Intermediate Accounting II, Cost Accounting, and Managerial Accounting.
Jessica graduated with her degree in financial accounting with eligibility to sit for the CPA exams.  Completing the CPA licensure is Jessica's current ambition.
After completing her accounting degree, Jessica moved to Columbus, OH where she worked in both the public and private sector prior to embarking on her current path with Cornerstone Legacy Financial Advisors.
Through time and travels, the personal and professional desire to help others achieve their goals has never waned. Jessica is the Treasurer for the Columbus Westside Running Club.
The Columbus Westside Running Club's mission is to improve community health and wellness through education, communication, and encouragement. With the support and encouragement of such a community, Jessica ran her first marathon and distance PR of 45 miles.  She has also been a tireless advocate for other runners and walkers to look deep within, visualize their goals, and push past limits (real or perceived) to achieve them.
Jessica brings this drive and determination to each task that she embarks on.  Especially your financial and tax goals.
